DEALING WITH RISING DAMP The service from start to finish was excellent, from the initial survey through to both of the teams completing the work(damp proofing and plasterer). Their attention to detail and cleaning up after them was fantastic ,the girls who organised the work schedule and dealt with payment etc were lovely to deal with. Alistair arrived on time, was polite, informative and explained to us what our problem was, how it happened and how to fix it. This was a free damp survey he did, with no guarantee of any business from us, and he told us we didn’t have dampness, just mould, so his honesty / integrity basically done him out of business, yet he couldn’t have been nicer. I found it very refreshing not to feel like someone is out to make as much as they can off you. My wife was so happy we didn’t have dampness that she wanted to hug Alistair !! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I got in touch with Matheson's Damp Services to check on damp and mould in our flat and they were so efficient and professional. Alistair came out within 4 days and checked everything.I really appreciated him taking the time to talk through the issues and what we could do to combat them. Exceptional service and I highly recommend! Really thoughtful in terms of social distancing and wearing a mask too.
