Covid-19 Policy
After careful scrutiny of the Government’s guidelines, we consider the work we carry out to be essential for our customers and their property.
Our team have received advice on how to identify symptoms of Covid-19 and will self-isolate if they begin to feel unwell.
We have increased cleaning schedules during the work day and carry a kit of face masks, anti-virus wipes and hand sanitiser. A daily risk assessment is carried out as part of our normal health and safety policy.
Please respect the 2 metre social distancing policy while our team are on site.
If you are unwell or have been told you are clinically vulnerable and are shielding, our team will not be able to enter your home. This ensures we do not put you at risk. Don’t worry we will be able to come back at a later date to provide a solution to your damp or timber treatment issues.
