Damp Survey Quotation
Our damp surveyor will come out and survey the areas you have indicated need investigated. A quotation describing any remedial works will be sent out within 48 working hours along with a drawing of the area affected. If any remedial work by other trades needs completed prior to any of our work, this will be noted in the quotation.

Damp Survey report
Our damp surveyor will come out and survey the whole property and produce a written report along with photos, drawing and an estimate. This will normally be, although not exclusively, if it is a pre or post purchase scenario, and there may be a mortgage company or lawyer requesting sight of the report. The report will detail the cause of the issue, type of building, weather conditions on the day of survey. If any remedial work by other trades needs completed prior to any of our work, this will be noted in the report. This will be sent out within 72 working hours of the survey.
